The Mark Twain House was the home of Samuel Langhorne Clemens, also known as Mark Twain, and Olivia Langdon Clemens and their family.
The Mahogany Suite was their guest quarters where the family would host their guests and close friends. John Canning & Co. restored the architectural woodwork, plaster, and reinstated wallcoverings. The final award winning results were through a team effort from the General Contractor Downes Construction and Architect David Scott Parker, John Canning & Co. and The Mark Twain House & Musuem.
