SCOPE
Canning refinished and restored seven historic exterior doors and wood surfaces at the Boston Symphony Orchestra. This included surface preparation, wood consolidation, and stabilization, and Dutchmen repairs. Several of the doors were experiencing varnish failure and veneer separation due to the exterior weather conditions, especially along the South elevation. These areas were stripped and repaired to ensure the historic doors and details remained long lasting.
