Frequently Asked Questions

Sometimes, project scopes change or evolve beyond what was initially quoted or specified. Whenever possible, we try not to issue change orders, instead preferring to try and complete the work according to the original, agreed upon contract value. Of course, sometimes change orders may be necessary, but we view them as a last resort.

When quoting a project, we try to be as accurate in our pricing as possible for the specified scope. Our applied knowledge in materials, methods, and finishes, allows us to provide accurate projections of the skills, time, and materials needed to complete a defined scope. However, we often provide problem-solving and value engineering solutions to ensure the project goals and quality are met within the clients expected budget.

We understand that projects consist of a product and a process, both of which rely upon professional delivery and attention to detail. Our quality assurance program is driven by both our skills and expertise in the trade as well as our administration and project management.

Ensuring the work is compliant with construction documentation and specifications, and with approved mockups kept in place as reference, our work is evaluated at various intervals throughout the project to assure consistent quality and detail.
