The 2018 Trumbauer Award, given by the Philadelphia chapter Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, was accepted by Canning’s project manager David Gough.
Using historical research, the first element to be restored in the Maryland Old Senate Chamber room was the cornice and frieze reproduced into a clay model.
We restored the decorative paintings in areas of the capitol building including the House of Representatives and Senate Chambers at the CT Capitol Building.
The Luzerne County Courthouse restoration utilized careful analysis and archival research to conserve 125 murals, plaster, and other decorative elements.
